I know spasms and twitches are “normal”, but my question is, does anyone know if Lyrica helps with that? I have recently reduced my dosage and the spasms and twitches have increased dramatically. Has anyone else ever experienced this, or do you think it may be a coincidence?

gee Jen. i dont know i have had spasms and twitches and many more things to add to that and i dont kmow what helps or not really. i have used muscle relaxers. some people get benefit from those meds. i did not. i am back on lyrica after using it a year or so age but my dosage is not high enough to do much. sorry i could not be of more help. all the best to you
