does anyone else get twitches in their hands or other areas?

Yes I have twitches all over. It used to be hundreds a day and now maybe a hundred or less daily. There is no pain with it. It’s just annoying!

Yeah ive had twitches all over my body hundreds of times a day for last 6months and unsure what causes them. I’ve noticed the muscle relaxer I’m on helps minimize them slightly.
