Thanks Diane, Im actually in pool therapy at the Amherst Physical therapy on Delaware oh I can't tell you how good it feels to be in there I wish I could just stay inside :) pool is set between 94-96 degrees I love it. Dee actually had me go there and I glad she did. I'm there twice a week, was just there today. How are you feeling today?
Hi Cynthia. You've gotten some great advice already. I love the warm water pool. I take a class at the local community college that is certified by the Arthritis Foundation. Just an idea in case your PT script runs out. I do take meds that help control my fibro and chronic fatigue pain, but my arthritis pain has been a bear since winter. I love acupuncture for that and stress. Some insurances cover it. Mine covers very little so we budget for it because it is so helpful. Some people just can't do it, but I would do it every day of the week if I could! One last thing - I am very new at this, but I started eating gluten free just 9 days ago. It could be a coincidence, but my head is so clear about the last 4-5 days. I have to think the gluten has something to do with it. I'm anxious to see if it really is working and what else might improve along the way. I know it is not an issue for many people, but I'm thinking it is for me.
