So, my husband and I are looking to add another little one into the mix but I have recently been diagnosed. I'm worried about how this pregnancy might be different. Anyone have any experience with this?

speak with doc before thinking about pregnancy there is no reason why you cant have children but there is alot to take it in, if you have all the info at your elbow its more power to you good luck <3
Hi, I was diagnosed with Fibro in 1998 and had my daughter in 2004. I would describe my pregnancy as fairly typical. The only real thing that was a bit of a challenge was a significant increase (flare) in hip pain as I entered the 9th month. I am sure some of it was normal pregnancy stuff though. Having my daughter has been the most wonderful thing I have experienced. Yes, it is exhausting as a parent but so worth it for me. When she was a newborn, I tried really hard to stay level-headed and remember that a lot of what I was going thru was the same as other new moms (I.E. fatigue, etc). I talked with other new moms and that was even more re-assuring. I tried not to worry about going into a Fibro flare and instead focused on my daughter. That worked well for me. Hugs.
