Sadly I cant stand green tea it upsets my stomach I use to drink it now I really stay away from it and I also stay very far away from ginger because I found that it triggers off the worst migrain headaches . So I am kinda at a loss with that . I found that if I stay up with my pain medication it keeps the swellen in order most days I do drink blueberry tea , most berry teas seem to help a lot
