So I went to get a flu shot yesterday, been getting these for the past 10 years or more. I worked in healthcare and it was required we get one each year. Anyhoo ....yesterday after the shot my arm felt like it was broken, from my shoulder down to my hand to the back of shoulderblade. I have never felt pain like this before from a stupid flu shot! I took Tramadol it did nothing. Finally I couldn't sleep so I took an Advil PM and got my trusty heating pad out and finally fell asleep. Today it is a little better but still very sore. Could it be the Fibro or do you think she hit a nerve? Did this ever happen to anyone else?
Going to a doctor who is very well known for Fibro and CFS in two weeks. I hope he can help me in some way because he is the last new doctor I will be seeing. I am so happy that I am not working now, I think to myself what would of happened if I were working and probably calling out more than going in? I would continually get fired from jobs and I don't want that on my record.
Short term memory loss...this has gotten way worse in the past year. On two separate occasions I was driving with my daughter and I totally forgot which road I was on or where the store was (and I have been living here for the past 16 years). It scared the hell out of me. Has this happened to anyone?
