Last Sunday I had a sore throat. Monday I was what I thought was a bad flare up. Tuesday forward I have a fever and am starting to cough up yellow phlegm. However, this flu to me isn't nearly as bad as a fibro flare! I wasn't sure if I was sick! Or am I losing my mind???
you are absolutely NOT losing your mind. Chances are you were sore BECAUSE you were sick. Anytime I get sick, I’m sore a couple days before. Hang in there, tell your heating pad you love her, and try to sleep as much as you can!

My Mom has had this for a week, is just now coming out of it. Though she doesn't have fibro, she's 80, so it's hard on her, her body hurts from coughing, but I'm trying to get decongestants in her, she doesn't want to go to the Dr until she's on death's doorstep! I love her, but she's a hard head with that!
Nope, not losing your mind, everything makes fibro worse. Sounds like you need to see Dr, yellow Phlegm is a sign of infection. Nip it in the bud?
