Magnesium will fix this problem look it up on the internet and the present it to your GP for dosage it is a proven cure for people with fibro with exactly your symptoms it can all be gone in a couple of doses but there are contra-indications bad side effects for a small amount of people but I am very confident when I tell you it will fix your problem there is plenty of documentation to support this.

Have you discussed this with your doctor? I would do that before I tried any magnesium even though you can obtain it in a Health Foods store because only your doctor knows if the magnesium might negatively react with any of your other medications.

It's important to discuss all of our medications with your doctor so he can tell you what herbal supplements react negatively with your other meds. If he/she decides it is safe then I hope for good results with it. He is the only person who should be telling you how many to take in a day.
