Ok, here is a great chance to show off your humor. This is the place to post funny stories, pictures, clip art, etc. Let's make this fun! I will start off, I have a funny Fibro fog story. A few years ago, I was with my daughter and was really tired. We went thru a fast food drive thru and ordered. We pulled up and paid and then I drove away before getting the food. My daughter was like "mom, where is my Happy Meal?" I had to circle back and get it. THEN, if that weren't enough, I did the same thing again a few months later. After getting over some embarrassment, I just laughed and my now 10 year old still teases me about driving away without the food. So let's share our humor!
Auburnm, that’s hilarious! I, too, have my share of funny moments of memory loss and confusion. Just last week I put my keys in the freezer and the ice cream I bought in my purse!! The ice cream melted and my keys stayed nice and cool. Now c’mon it’s cold out here in Boston, but not so cold that I need even my keys to be in the freezer. Good ol’ Fibro Fog. Lol.
Hi Auburnm,
I have Fibro fog moments as well. I find it humorous when I set something down in the kitchen, and turn around to complete another task, and then can't find the item I swore I was going to remember where I put a few seconds ago. I made a designated spot in my kitchen where I put all my cooking stuff that I am using at the moment so I'm not doing circles in my kitchen, thinking I'm a crazy person because I just had it in my hand 30 seconds ago! lol The other day, I put the cereal in the fridge and milk in the cabinet lol Luckily, I needed the cereal later that evening, so I saved the milk before it went bad! : P
Hugs,
Sara

in a fibro fog one morning, got up and went to my 5:30 am cycling class at 6;30. Was walking in as they were walking out and my first instinct is wow they must have all worked out before class....then it donned on me.. and I was like oh good greif!!!!
Oooh, I'm like that in the kitchen. I can spend ages looking for something I've just put down, Oven gloves - I now have several.

I have a similar story with my kids and a drive thru restaurant. I toatally went blank when it came to ordering. My son just leaned over and gave the order. He said it’s ok ma, we got this. After an uncontrolled laugh, they said, we love you just the way you are. Love my kids. Soft hugs, Taina
Ok here’s my joke I heard from one of my sisters. I hope it is just as funny to you.
Lady is getting ready for her Gyno app.
She doesn’t have time for a shower
so she sees a washcloth on the side of the sink
She decides to wash up down there a Lillte bit.
So she is at the docs. and in the stirrups
The doc comes in and does his exams and then
He looks up at her and says,
I see you have done a little sprusing up.
Well she does not know what he means so she say thank you.
She returns home and her daughter is there and asks about the washcloth
She told her she used it to wash up. And her daughter says,
Mom that had glitter all over it.
So she understands what the doc ment by a little sprusing up!
Hope this gave you a giggle. We all need more to laugh about maybe that would help too!
I like that one
I did something like this recently. I was running around for ten minutes desperately trying to find my glasses. Then I realized that they were on my head!

My father was in the Navy during WWII. He was an a LST, commonly called Large Slow Target. Throughout the war only one person on the ship got a Purple Heart. After an attempt to land in Midway the Officer of the Deck was calling in the damage report and leaned against a life boat. The life boat had be burnt out and all that was left was the paint shell. The officer fell through the paint and broke his arm. They put in for the purple heart as a joke since it wasn't an injury in battle. Who would believe that they gave him a medal for failing to notice some damage before he called in the damage report.
My teenagers call “Fibro fog” ground hogs day. Because I tend to ask them the same question over and over again until they remind me I asked them already. Sometimes they will just say ground hogs day.
