Ok, so I pee like 30 times a day. A lot of the time, I never feel like my bladder is empty. Especially at night. Just curious if anyone else is going through this and a.y ideas of how to lessen it. It seems that I’m constantly going to the bathroom, I also suffer from ibs.
Omg.. I feel the same way.... i know some of it is from drinking a lot of coffee.. but.... i have that especially in the early evening for me... I also have problem with a little incontinence.. just enough to where I have to wear a stupid mini pad.. grrrrr and now more often I end up with bladder infection....
I don't have urinary frequency but I do have severe urgency at times!! Especially when I first get up in the morning, I'm so stiff I have a job to get to the loo in time!!
When I'm out I wear a pad, in case I "leak" a bit en-route to a coffee shop loo in town!!
As an ex nurse, urinary frequency can be a sign of bladder irritation caused by an infection, you don't always have to have the pain/stinging as associated with cystitis, might be an idea to drop a urine sample off at your surgery for lab analysis.
Drinking cranberry juice or lemon squash can help to cleanse the bladder of any irritants that cause frequency, the citric acid in these juices act as a natural cleanser, but I'd still get a sample tested.

Are you drinking a lot of water during the day? We are supposed to drink a minimum of six 8 glasses a day. That will cause urination,
I
Oh yes.. the dr. said the only thing bad on my lab test .. was the kidney function
so he said .. drink lots of water....
with an office job... tho.. makes it difficult to get away so often.. lol
Always thirsty. My thyroid fluctuates a lot if u think its that.
I have Hypothyroidism, my bladder and bowels give me constant grief. I was diagnosed with IBS and Irritable Bladder. So yes, I constantly go to the point just a few minutes after having gone. Going
thru bouts of discomfort, pain, constant need to pee and not really feel totally relieved.
It isn't just you. I saw doctor and he claims no infection or diabetes. Just seems longer
I have this Fibro', the more crops up. ^^ I do eat plenty of greens, snack on them not junk
foods. Drink as much as my body requires, wear very comfy clothes for sure.
I am right there with you! I pee all day and all night! Some days I drink more fluids than other days, but I still pee alot! I spent 1 whole week not drinking anything after 6pm, and I limited my fluid intake that week as well, it didn’t matter at all! I have learned to deal with many of my symptoms, but the frequent urination is ine that truely frustrates me! Especially when I am dead tired and just as I am about to fall asleep I have to pee, then get all comfy back in bed, just about to fall asleep again, gotta pee again! When my doctor had me on Elavil it helped me at night, and I didn’t get up as much to go.
