Pain free....sorta... not any more:(

thank you very much. i am turning my phone off which i almost never do cause i have a friend with no care and 2 kids and a sister who only has 1 car and her husband works nights so i keep my phone on all night every night incase they need me. but right now i know its one of those nights where it needs to be off and i just need to sleep until my body is ready to get up.

my mom knows this is my plan so i am hoping that i will not b awakened buy any noise of person. i know that cause my ashtma is acting up my mom will check to make sure i am still breathing if i sleep really long. doesnt matter that tomorrow i will be 30 i am still her kid and i have my health problems which scare her at times. some nights when she checks on me i have no idea other i realize she is there but i am too tired to do anything but grunt to let her know i am still alive. i tend to completly cover my whole body in covers so its hard for her to check to see if i am still breathing.. i love that she still care enough to come check on me.

Uhhhhhhhhhhh, well, congratulations on getting the pelvic pain treated and how rotten to get the migraine again. Did you get any take home meds for it?

Hope tomorrow goes much better. Have a nice birthday, Eeyore. Glad you enjoyed the vampire movie too.

i was given an oral antibotic for the infection but no pain meds. so far no migraine on my b-day but i have only been awake for an hour.

i slept so good last night i dont think i even moved. i slept till 2pm i feel much better. i was so tired yesterday i have no idea how i made it.

i woke up to doughnuts and good hot cholate from my mom. a great way to start my b-day.

i love the birthday message thanks

Sounds like the lack of sleep is causing or contributing to the migraines. I sure hope you can keep on sleeping!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, EEYORE!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!

Hope your day is filled with blessings & NO HEADACHE !!!

Hugs

i have had a great day i slept till 2pm i awoke to dunkin doughnuts and hot cocoa from there for the kierg. then i went to dinner with my bff and her kids and my parents and the little girl she watches that is very attached to is me and now i am going to spend the night with my bff we got movies to watch all night its been a great day and so far migraine free. not free from all pain but its been very small and cant really complain

Hooray! An entire day spent pain free! Amazing what a good night's sleep and a day without stress will do for you. You should take note of that, to see what helps you.

Enjoy your movies.

i could not have asked for a better birthday. got to sleep in no one bothered me while i slept. my stepdad bought me a new showerhead and put it up so now i have a massaging shower with two head that the water comes out of. i got to wake up to doughnuts and went to dinner with family and my bff and her girls. we went to a buffet and i stoped in the middle of my meal and went to go get dessert then finished eating. when i got strange looks from my dad i said its my b-day and i can eat how i want..

now i am my bffs house and we r watching a movie with lots of sexy men and i am spending the night. so far i am migraine free the 1st time in 63 days. and my fibro has been nice and taken a back seat today. if i could only have more days like this.

thank you very much yes a stress free day has been great.

A long time in coming, especially one that also includes no migraine. Maybe now that you've reduced the headache you can get it to disappear for a while.

Maybe not having people wake you up might be something you should ask for. You could explain that you'll be able to return to work quicker and easier if you keep the migraines at bay, and being awakened brings them on.

i love the pic thanks

u may b right. i am thinkg of having a sign on my door that lets my parents know if i was up all night that way they will just let me sleep.

well i was able to be pretty much pain free for my birthay but i guess thats all my body allowed. i woke up today and with in an hour i had a migraine. it wasnt a bad one and i was able to catch to catch it right away. i am happy that i got one free of them.

on a diferent note i have a job that will start Jan. 8th. i meet the family on sunday. they seem like a great family and they have plenty of back up with makes me feel better. i will not be working full time. i know my body cant handle that. i will have a 3 month old little girl and they have a 10 year old and a seven year old. the older ones will b in school all day. the mom is a teacher and they dad is self employed. they have lots of family in the area.

my mom has kinda beeen stressing me out about getting a job so now no worries with that.

i cant get ti the dr soon enough. its been 61 days of migraines with a 1 day break for my birthday. my body was that nice. other than that its been one after a nother with no break. and on top of all that i am getting sick again. my tepm is 101 and pretty much evert thing hurts and my asthma is not being very nice either.
i am so sick of dealing with this constant pain in my head. it just doesnt seem right that a migraine can last this long and there not be any cause. i am thinking that its from the fibro but even if thats the cause why is it lasting so long. i dont have flares that have gone on and on like this. i want an answer but i am starting to fear that there isnt one. i have gotten so much help from this discussion and its been great thank you everyone that has commented on this.

I'm amazed at how many fibro people get migraines, and how many with migraines get them for weeks or months on end.e Your situation isn't unique, Eeyore, believe it or not.

It sounds like your number 1 trigger is stress. It might make sense to sit down and write out what you will do to reduce your stress once you're approved for disability and have some money to aid you. It might also make sense to sit down today and figure out what you might be able to do to reduce stress today.

I wish I knew of other things to offer to you. Another migraine sufferer with long-term headaches said what helped her the most was a good diet, plenty of hydration, reduction of stress and of triggers, to avoid painful stimuli and sunlight in your affected eye. I made sure to ask her, hoping to help you.

Have a good nigh's sleep, Eeyore.
